Your active commitment to nature conservation in the Augsburg forest area

On Tuesday, the 05.11.2024, we want to stand up for nature together and rid the trees of sprawling clematis in an Augsburg forest area.

What can you expect?

Under the guidance of District manager Daniel and his team We will work in an area of the Augsburg Forest Museum near the Wertach. Our main task: The proliferating Remove clematisso that the trees are not crushed and get more light again.

What else is relevant?

Please bring your own lunch box and (warm) drinks (e.g. water, tea in a thermos) with. A lunch break is planned. Long-sleeved, weatherproof clothing (preferably in an onion look), sturdy footwear, as well as Gardening gloves are beneficial. If available, please bring one Gardening or pruning shears with. Please note that there is no public toilet nearby and the project is not barrier-free.

We'll meet at parking close to the area of operation (exact address follows) and then drive into the forest together. The day runs from around 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., including lunch break around 12 p.m.
