No, our platform is completely free for social organizations to use.
We only work with social organizations that pursue charitable goals in accordance with Section 52 Tax Code (AO) and transparent, value-based and sustainable work. Before working together, we verify the organizations and review established criteria. In addition, a contact person should be available to answer any questions.
Our platform is financed by user fees from companies that use lets for their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The platform is 100% free to use for our social partner organizations.
It is best to contact us directly (nonprofit@joinlets.de) and we will discuss together which projects and ideas we can implement - for individual actions with companies, we take care of the organization and communication so that you can concentrate on your work.
We implement very different formats — depending on what suits your organization: Individual social days for small to medium-sized teams, mini-engagements, skill-based and pro bono projects with employee expertise, remote engagements and regular engagements of individual employees. It is important to us: good planning, clear communication and a realistic reconciliation of expectations on all sides.
A Social Day is a day on which a team from a company gets involved in your local area — e.g. with a garden project, packing donations, a craft campaign with children or setting up a party. The aim is to provide you with meaningful support and at the same time give employees an insight into your work.
Together with you, we coordinate the project, find a suitable company team and take care of all communication — from making appointments to feedback afterwards. Alternatively, we will post your project on our platform so that companies can directly inquire for desired dates. You decide what helps you best, we take care of the entire planning!
Yes — project-related material costs (e.g. plants, paint, tools) are usually covered by partner companies. In addition, your organization is automatically stored in our database for fundraising events. As soon as one of our partner companies is planning a major giving campaign, we will reach out to you specifically.
More and more companies recognize how important social commitment is — for society, for their team and for their own understanding of values. Through social days and other formats, employees can do something good together, get to know new perspectives and experience themselves as part of a larger whole.
