Hi, I'm Katherina, Head of Customer Success at lets since April 2024 and I support our corporate partners in creating successful corporate volunteering. For me, volunteer work is the key to sustainable success of social initiatives, as I was able to experience for myself in projects such as the restoration of the Alster with NABU Hamburg and the Christmas craft campaign with Kids & Welcome e.V.
What do you like most about working at lets and what impact would you like to create?
Every company can make social commitment a success story — a goal that I have been pursuing every day at lets since April 2024. It motivates me to help companies design corporate volunteering in such a way that it really fits their strategy, getting employees excited about volunteering and creating something that lasts over the long term.
